Friedman’s Sunday column in the NY Times talks about the two concurrent tsunamis crashing in on businesses today. The Great Recession we all know about .. the other, The Great Inflection is all about leveraging technology to cut costs (and people). The example he uses to illustrate The Great Inflection could have been told by just about anyone in the creative world these days (ain’t Basecamp incredible?)
